Your tasks
As a strategic maintenance manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for the development and improvement of maintenance strategies as the central point of contact. You will use the knowledge of our experts and data to analyze trends and recurring problems in the area of maintenance and develop innovative maintenance strategies for our components in the transmission grid. You will contribute to optimization projects in international teams and derive company-wide standards for maintenance from them You take on the interface function to manufacturers, operators and suppliers for your area of responsibility The identification and assessment of risks arising from the operation and ageing of equipment are part of your strategic responsibilities You are responsible for models and their further development for predicting the failure behavior of components in the transmission grid In this role, you will apply methodological knowledge from the field of predictive maintenance
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed your studies (university/university of applied sciences/BA), preferably in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar field of study. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification You have experience in the field of maintenance management Ideally, you have professional experience from the practice of a network operator You enjoy coordinating internal and external stakeholders, whereby a cooperative and team-oriented working style is important to you You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English
