Your tasks
You lead the team and are responsible for coordinating and implementing, including monitoring the assigned tasks and supervising all delegated activities You lead and support your units and ensure their (further) training and instruction You guarantee proper project planning and planning in accordance with HOAI service phases as well as special construction measures (AIS / GIS switchgear, own-use systems), taking into account economic aspects with a focus on system technology in the grid area You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project management standards, including responsibility for meeting cost, budget and deadline targets within the team You are responsible for the coordination of concepts for complex HV / MV construction measures, in particular with regard to life cycle costs, functionality, high availability, etc. (This includes coordination with the client, grid operation, grid management, customer coordination, sales) You play a key role in driving forward the standardization of primary / secondary / transmission systems and the associated plant standards You accompany scientific investigations and controlling / analysis of projects to ensure compliance with the cost and investment plan You will be happy to participate in internal and external specialist groups / conferences
Your qualifications
Completed degree in engineering or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility Sound management experience with a high level of sensitivity for the topic of occupational safety and an affinity for standardization, digitalization and automation Strong analytical and strategic thinking Consistent decision-making and argumentative persuasiveness Good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations High ability to deal with conflict and work in a team Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment and SAP R3 Ability to work independently, negotiating skills and a confident manner Class B driving license
