Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of energy management, sustainable construction and climate protection
Your tasks
- You will work in interdisciplinary planning teams on new build and refurbishment projects at schools. You will be responsible for ensuring energy and structural quality based on the Da-Di plant’s sustainable building guidelines
- Together with colleagues, you will further develop the energy and quality standards, also based on the experience gained in the project teams
- Applying for funding as well as the content and administrative processing of funding programs is also part of your tasks
- You create energy concepts or provide technical support when commissioning external planners
- You will be responsible for optimizing the operation of buildings in terms of energy consumption and costs
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in engineering in the field of energy management, industrial engineering, building services engineering or a comparable field
- You have knowledge of structural and technical options for
- CO 2 reduction
- You are familiar with the relevant laws and standards
- You have professional experience in the field of energy efficiency, energy management or renewable energies
- Office applications are no challenge for you
- You are committed, conscientious and work independently
- You have good negotiating skills and very good communication skills
- You have a class B driving license
- Professional and business fluent German language skills (C1)
- An advantage would be
- An authorization to issue energy certificates
- Knowledge of FM software
