Your tasks
You will advise our customers from registration to contract processing of the connection request, initially for the electricity sector or generation systems (e.g. PV, mini-PV, CHP, etc.). You record, complete and compile project-specific application documents for connection, relocation, removal, co-location or cooperation requests from third parties. You will manage the deadlines in coordination with the other departments involved. You process customer inquiries, device connection approvals, complaints and objections. You will be responsible for the electronic registration and monitoring of process-oriented procedures such as binding deadlines, bank guarantees, easements, invoices, incoming payments and construction orders.
Your qualifications
You have a technical / university degree (Bachelor's degree) in electrical engineering or a master craftsman / technician qualification combined with professional experience. You have the willingness to familiarize yourself with several divisions in order to take over these in the future. You are familiar with MS Office applications and have excellent communication skills. Very good German language skills and a class B driving license round off your profile.
