Controlling & Finance
You will support the management of the technical development of ESG reporting systems—from data collection to analysis—and assist users with data entry.
To this end, you will prepare training materials and conduct training sessions on the use of the ESG systems.
You will be responsible for identifying and managing the implementation of system adjustments and for maintaining technical documentation.
You will draft sections of the CSRD-compliant sustainability statement and oversee the maintenance, support, and monitoring of the associated data, documentation, and content creation processes.
In addition, you will support the coordination of operational control cycles related to sustainability, maintain internal supporting documentation for external audits, and contribute to the further development of the Group-wide sustainability strategy.
You monitor national and European sustainability regulations, support their implementation, and identify and assess impacts, risks, and opportunities.
You support certification processes and sustainability-related customer requirements, and advise management, functional departments, and other internal stakeholders on relevant sustainability topics.

What Makes You Special

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, such as a business apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
You have professional experience in controlling, particularly in the areas of KPI development, analysis, and reporting, as well as experience in related IT-related tasks.
Ideally, you have knowledge of sustainability reporting, consolidated financial reporting, or project management.
You have an interest in legal issues as well as data structures and possess knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BW, or SAC, as well as common Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
You have very good written and spoken German skills, as well as English proficiency at least at the B1 level.
The ability to work well in a team, initiative, and a structured approach to work round out your profile.
