Expert (f/m) Networking & Stakeholder Management in Halle (Saale)

Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. To this end, it brings together partners from politics, business, science and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK), dena has set up the Competence Center for Municipal Heat Transition (KWW) in Halle, which acts as a central point of contact throughout Germany, providing expertise and guidance for the success of the transition.
With your work at KWW, you can actively contribute to the success of the heating transition in Germany by 2045 and take on the following tasks:

Your tasks

  • Supporting the maintenance of existing networks, in particular the conception, preparation, implementation and follow-up of networking events
  • Support in the creation and updating of stakeholder mapping
  • Support in cooperation with committee members, state energy agencies, state ministries and municipal umbrella organizations
  • Development of network analyses for the long-term promotion of synergies
  • Support in the preparation of thematic working papers with the involvement of KWW network partners
  • Identification of trends and opportunities in the network
  • Advising the team leader on strategic positioning in networks

Your qualifications

  • Completed university degree in political science, communication science, sociology, etc. or a comparable course of study
  • Experience in networking and communication with stakeholders in the field of heat planning, climate protection or energy supply is desirable
  • Confidence in using MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
  • Systematic, structured and independent way of working
  • Motivation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel on business
  • Very good written and spoken German
