For the Service department, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Billing control & optimization: You coordinate the grid billing processes, ensure error-free processing and continuously develop systems and processes. In doing so, you always keep an eye on efficiency, quality and legal requirements.
- Technical contact person & deputy: As a central interface, you advise internal and external partners on all billing-related issues and deputize for the head of department if necessary. Your expertise ensures smooth processes and well-founded decisions.
- Analysis, quality assurance & special settlements: With a trained eye for detail, you monitor billing processes, identify discrepancies and initiate any necessary corrections. You create special settlements, process clarification cases and ensure that all settlements are transparent and comprehensible.
- Project work & process optimization: You are actively involved in strategic projects, particularly in the grid area, and develop innovative solutions to increase efficiency. Your focus is on automating processes, improving systems and future-proofing the department.
Your qualifications
- Are you a billing specialist (m/f/d) with a deep understanding of the energy industry? Would you like to take on responsibility and further develop the processes in grid billing? Then you’ve come to the right place.
- Education: A degree in the relevant field or a comparable qualification with sound experience in the energy sector.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market communication (GPKE, GeLiGas, WiM) as well as energy and contract law. Experience with billing systems and a good understanding of general supply conditions.
- Competencies & working style: Analytical thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working and a willingness to efficiently manage and optimize complex billing processes. Experience in managing projects and working with digital billing systems.
- Personality: Communication skills, team spirit and a confident manner as a contact person for internal and external interfaces. A proactive and responsible approach as well as the willingness to continuously improve processes and develop innovative solutions.
