Your tasks
- For the development, planning and implementation of cross-divisional construction projects in the field of energy systems and media, we are filling the following position for an indefinite period at the earliest possible date
- You will be responsible for the technical planning, quality assurance and implementation of exciting grid investment projects. Your focus will be on energy systems and media such as electricity, district heating and gas – with the prospect of hydrogen.
- Varied project work: You will be responsible for ensuring the professional planning of cross-divisional construction projects in accordance with generally recognized standards and guidelines as well as the specifications of the grid companies, in work phases 1 – 9 in accordance with HOAI. No two days are the same – sometimes you are on site at the construction site, sometimes you coordinate complex agreements with stakeholders.
- Independent implementation: You will independently manage budgets, deadlines, invoicing and supplements and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
- Technical consulting: You support the technical management and advise internal and external partners on all questions relating to energy systems and media.
- Coordination: You are the link between authorities, local authorities, grid operators, investors and the teams on the construction site – and ensure smooth processes.
- Framework agreements: You are responsible for the content maintenance and technical support of framework agreements and ensure compliance with the relevant standards and regulations.
Your qualifications
- Education: You have a (technical) university degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, civil engineering, civil engineering or pipeline construction or a comparable course of study.
- Experience: You have relevant professional experience in construction projects or energy infrastructure, ideally with project responsibility and implementation experience on site.
- Knowledge: In addition to the regulations for energy suppliers, you have extensive knowledge of the relevant legal and contractual standards and regulations, mainly in pipeline, road and civil engineering. Knowledge of building regulations as well as procurement and contract regulations for construction services is a matter of course.
- Competencies: An analytical, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as a confident demeanor make you stand out. Your profile is rounded off by organizational and coordination skills as well as a businesslike manner appropriate to the environment and the necessary communication skills.
