• You will drive digitalization, process optimization and change and ensure that energy systems and media are connected to the grid faster, more easily and digitally. For our Customer and Contract Management department, we are looking for
• In this role, you will accompany the transformation towards a modern, digitalized and efficient application and contract management for construction projects in the field of energy systems and media (electricity, gas, district heating). You are a technical expert (m/f/d), process designer (m/f/d) and change manager (m/f/d) – with a clear goal: to make connection processes faster, more digital and more customer-oriented.
• Process analysis and optimization: You identify potential for improvement in application and contract management, develop efficient processes and implement them.
• Transformation and change management: You manage the introduction of new digital solutions (e.g. digital customer portal) and actively support employees through change processes.
• Role of the expert (m/f/d): You take on the technical consulting of your subject area and ensure quality, efficiency and compliance with all technical, legal and economic framework conditions (EEG, EnWG).
• Project management in connection management: You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of grid connection projects for electricity, gas, district heating and, in perspective, hydrogen.
• Stakeholder communication: You coordinate with third parties (including Netzgesellschaft Potsdam, authorities, redevelopment and development agencies, investors and external project partners) and translate complex technical and legal issues relating to energy systems and media, including generation plants, into comprehensible solutions.

• Education: Successfully completed technical/university studies in industrial engineering, engineering, energy management or a comparable field.
• Experience: Extensive professional experience in connection management or comparable energy-related environment, ideally with a change or process management background.
• Digital mindset: Experience with the introduction and use of digital systems, e.g. customer portals, process automation.
• Specialist knowledge: Adept at dealing with energy law frameworks (EEG, EnWG) and technical requirements in the grid connection sector.
• Soft skills: Communication and moderation skills, assertiveness, structured and solution-oriented way of working, initiative.
