Your tasks
- For the development, planning and implementation of cross-divisional construction projects in the field of energy systems and media, we are filling the following position for an indefinite period at the earliest possible date
- In this position, you will be responsible for specialist consulting and quality assurance in the planning of network investment measures. The focus here is on the energy media of electricity, district heating and gas, and possibly also hydrogen in the future.
- Process responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the professional planning of cross-divisional construction projects in accordance with generally recognized standards and guidelines as well as the specifications of the network companies, in service phases 1 – 9 according to HOAI.
- Supplementary management: You will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating and controlling the assigned construction projects, budget and schedule planning and invoicing, including supplementary management.
- Advice: The focus is on actively supporting the specialist management at eye level and providing specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders on all technical issues relating to energy systems and media.
- Coordination: You are responsible for coordination with third parties (e.g. NGP, authorities, local authorities, redevelopment and development agencies, investors, public authorities) and other project participants.
- Framework agreements: You are responsible for the content of framework agreements in the assigned area and provide technical support.
Your qualifications
- Education: You have successfully completed a (technical) university degree in electrical engineering/energy technology, civil engineering, civil engineering or pipeline construction or a comparable course of study.
- Experience: You have the necessary professional experience for this expert role.
- Knowledge: In addition to know-how in the regulations for energy suppliers, you have extensive knowledge of the relevant legal and contractual standards and regulations, mainly in pipeline, road and civil engineering. Knowledge of the building regulations as well as the procurement and contract regulations for construction services is a matter of course.
- Competencies: You are characterized by an analytical, independent and solution-oriented way of working and a confident manner. Organizational and coordination skills as well as an engaging manner and communication skills appropriate to the environment and expertise in dealing with conflicts round off your profile.
