Pfalzwerke Netz AG is the wholly owned subsidiary of PFALZWERKE AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT based in Ludwigshafen. 500 municipalities and therefore 1.6 million people receive their electricity via the company's own grid. Every year, a high double-digit million euro amount is invested in the expansion of the grid infrastructure and maintenance. The Grid Management & EDM team reorganized in 2022 and brought expertise from the Group into the team. Your tasks
Involvement in and operational coordination of (sub-)projects, such as concession strategy and evaluation Developing strategies and proposed solutions for regulation and network management Control, collection and plausibility check of all regulation-relevant data for internal monitoring in order to be able to comply with reporting to regulatory authorities Determination of grid fees in a regulatory context Operational and strategic regulation management in the team (also communication officer in the team) Creation of dynamic simulation and scenario calculations on current regulatory/network management issues Internal, strategic, regulatory advice on grid usage/grid connection issues as well as grid participation and grid lease models Constant process optimization: the team constantly looks at current processes, questions, adjusts and reorganizes or reorganizes them Preparation of the annual activity statements in the team (unbundling statements) - Definition of cost structures and data analysis under unbundling aspects in accordance with Section 6b EnWG
Your qualifications
A successfully completed degree in economics or technical studies or completed training and further education and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience; knowledge of the energy industry is essential for this position. You will also have relevant experience in particular with ARegV, Strom/GasNEV and EnWG.
