As the grid company of MVV, MVV Netze GmbH is responsible for the operation of its electricity, gas, district heating and water grids in Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region with around 500 employees.
Your tasks
As a Fault and Dispatch Management Clerk for the electricity grid (m/f/d), you will be responsible for receiving and processing fault reports in the 1kV and 20kV grid, street lighting and the telecommunications grid as well as dispatching downstream work. You will advise customers on questions regarding current construction measures You receive fault reports and initiate measures to rectify faults You create work orders in SAP and maintain this data in our IT systems You will be responsible for evaluating databases and creating defect lists and reports You will be responsible for supervising smaller construction measures in the electricity grid You will be responsible for the operational management of decentralized material warehouses and material planning You create project and construction documents for project preparation and support You will be involved in the compilation of payment-related documents You create and update bills of quantities
Your qualifications
Completed training in electrical engineering Several years of professional experience Knowledge in the areas of street lighting and power cables Knowledge of the relevant regulations (AGFW, DVGW etc.) Customer-friendly and engaging demeanor as well as independent and responsible way of working Participation in on-call duty Driving license class BE
