Fitter / Electronics Technician Network Operation (m/f/d)

For our Team in the network area, Essen location, we are looking for dedicated reinforcement for the Mülheim network area as soon as possible.

You work as a fitter (m/f/d) in operational grid operations and are responsible for your own work area in the medium and low-voltage grid of the assigned Ruhr Regional Center.
Our team is made up of around 50 colleagues in which teamwork is a way of life. Together we are responsible for the secure supply of electricity to our customers.

That's what you get up for:

You will carry out and monitor installation, maintenance and repair work on our own systems and customer systems
You are part of the project management in the medium and low-voltage grid with a focus on grid digitization by independently preparing, carrying out and completing installation work on low and medium-voltage components (e.g. grid cables, stations, infrastructure) </li
You are responsible for identifying, isolating, analyzing and eliminating faults
You carry out switching operations
You are responsible for carrying out demanding tests and measurements
You agree to take part in the on-call duty

What you bring with you:

You have successfully completed vocational training as an energy electronics technician/electronics technician for industrial engineering or similar and have ideally already gained experience as a fitter with relevant knowledge and skills
You have good knowledge of systems and equipment installed in the medium and low-voltage grid and good technical skills in handling them
You have good knowledge of local network substations and transformer stations
You have a valid driver’s license B/BE, class CE desirable or willingness to obtain this
You actively promote teamwork and exemplify occupational safety
You show a willingness to learn and curiosity with regard to new work content/tools
