• We are looking for active support for our overhead lines service group. Due to the activities on our overhead lines, as a fitter for high-voltage lines (m/f/d) you will mainly work outdoors and will be able to prove yourself again and again in a challenging field of activity.
• You will be responsible for inspections as well as maintenance and repair work on the high and extra-high voltage grid within the service region
• You carry out work on the pylon, e.g. changing cables or chains
• You will be responsible for instructing, coordinating and carrying out quality assurance for work carried out by external companies
• To ensure an uninterrupted energy supply, you will also regularly be on call in the Hesse region
• You coordinate the activities and work processes with other departments

• You have completed technical vocational training, preferably as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, metalworker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience or knowledge in the field of high-voltage cables
• We also welcome career changers (m/f/d) with initial experience in the above-mentioned areas
• Confident handling of the MS Office package is no problem for you
• A high degree of teamwork, flexibility and independence round off your profile
• You have a class B driving license (ideally also class C)
• You are suitable for working at heights and are willing to go through the G41
• The position requires a regular willingness to travel (alternating external activities with overnight stays)
