Fitter (m/f/d) in water production
Your tasks
- You will work in the area of water extraction and treatment plants.
- You will carry out maintenance, servicing and repair work on mechanical systems and equipment (e.g. pumps, wells, machines).
- You will look after the water transport pipelines and transfer stations.
- You will provide support during construction work (including decommissioning and commissioning, disinfection measures, replacement supplies and operational changes).
- You will carry out fault analyses and rectify faults.
- You will be on call to ensure that people in our supply area can rely on us at all times.
Your qualifications
- You have completed vocational training as a water supply technology specialist or plant mechanic (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or in a comparable profession.
- You have specialist knowledge and skills in water supply, basic knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the area mentioned.
- An independent, reliable and quality-conscious way of working is a matter of course for you.
- You have a high level of personal commitment and dedication.
- You have a high degree of flexibility, like to lend a hand and are a real team player (m/f/d).
- Due to the on-call duty, a residential proximity to the supply area is essential.
