Foreman / technician for high-voltage cable systems in the regional distribution network (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the operational planning of colleagues in the field of primary technology and support their implementation
- You will independently plan maintenance and commissioning work on high-voltage cable systems
- You coordinate and accompany necessary repair work in the event of malfunctions
- You carry out switching operations in medium and high-voltage systems and are an active member of the on-call service for primary technology
- You take over and coordinate briefings in public areas and ensure safe working conditions
- You supervise and coordinate partner companies in the execution of work and are particularly sensitive to safety-related issues
Your qualifications
- You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) with further qualification as a technician/master electrician (m/f/d)
- You derive improvements from dangerous situations
- You reliably stick to your own statements in order to gain the trust of others (e.g. promises, agreements, deadlines)
- You are able to analyze complex issues and link them to processes
- You drive change without losing sight of the other people involved

About us
Our primary technology team operates the local substations in Westnetz’s high-voltage electricity grid. We are responsible for the safe and reliable grid operation of approx. 500 km of high-voltage cables.
