Your tasks
- As part of your duties, you will be responsible for controlling, coordinating and monitoring the electricity (high and medium voltage), gas and water distribution networks using a computer-aided network control system in continuous three-shift operation (24/7 operation).
- You will be responsible for checking and coordinating switching operations in the high and medium-voltage grid, carrying them out remotely and independently or instructing them by telephone.
- You will recognize and evaluate critical grid and fault situations and initiate the necessary measures to rectify faults.
- They receive fault reports from the supply area and provide initial safety-related information.
- You coordinate maintenance and repair work.
- You will document and evaluate changes to the grid and grid faults.
Your qualifications
- You have a degree as a technician / master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering.
- You have good knowledge of electrical power engineering and grid management.
- Preferably you have experience as an authorized person for electrical high/medium-voltage switchgear.
- You are willing to undergo further training in the field of gas and water technology.
- Working with MS Office programs is no challenge for you.
- You have an independent, structured way of working as well as strong communication and cooperation skills.
- You keep a cool head even in pressure situations in order to be able to make analytically sound decisions.
- You have ISMS suitability (presentation of a certificate of good conduct when taking up the position).
- You are willing to work rotating shifts and are fit to work shifts 24/7.
