Full-time Accounting Clerk Network/Sales (m/f/d)

• Preparation of energy bills for electricity, gas, heat and water
• Implementation of legal issues and requirements in the liberalized energy market
• Independent communication with suppliers, grid operators and end customers
• Processing and monitoring downstream billing processes
• Preparation of excess and shortfall invoices, taking into account reverse charge regulations
• Product maintenance and price posting as well as other special tasks arising in the area of responsibility
• Researching billing-relevant data

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Good knowledge of energy billing at a utility company network/distribution
• Understanding of figures as well as a conscientious and independent way of working with the aim of continuously optimizing work processes
• Confident communication skills, coupled with a strong service orientation and the ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications is essential
• Experience with the ERP software Microsoft Dynamics NAV (MSU Solutions GmbH) is an advantage
