HOUSE CONNECTIONS / ELECTRICITY DIVISION (M/F/D)
FULL-TIME
These are your tasks:
- Providing technical advice to planners, architects, building owners and customers
- Project planning of house connections for the electricity sector
- Routing in compliance with the regulations, internal requirements and consideration of the interests of the property owners, determination of the house transfer point
- Compiling costs and submitting offers in accordance with the relevant price sheets (VDE, TAR, AVBs, TABs, NAV, etc.)
- Obtaining and checking offers, preparing the award of contracts in the TGA / HLS area
- Monitoring the performance of the contracted service providers in accordance with legislation, the applicable regulations, legal, occupational health and safety and environmental protection regulations, as well as SWBB’s internal regulations and third-party requirements (e.g. customers or the City of Böblingen)
- Documentation of all operational specifications and processes (applications, protocols, commissioning, proof of work, etc.)
- Management of house connections in ERP system, incl. invoicing
- Creation of concepts for house connection renovations for all SWBB divisions, support for the construction and planning department during implementation
- Renewal/conversion/support of customer installations during renovations and repairs, in accordance with TAR, VDE, TABs, NAV
- Simple grid compatibility check and grid calculation
- Coordination of service providers in metering
- Service billing
This is your profile:
- Completed further training as a master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) in the electrical trade or completed job-related technical studies (FH degree or BA degree) or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of the current applicable laws and relevant regulations
- Interdisciplinary thinking and acting, especially with a basic commercial understanding
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Written and spoken German language skills are essential
- Very good knowledge of GIS and CAD
- Class B driving license
