To strengthen our "Legal & Risk Management" department, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to join our "Legal Operations and Projects" team at the Kassel site as soon as possible:

Support us with your expertise in energy and commercial law, particularly in the following areas:

  • Reviewing and drafting contracts
  • Conception of national and international projects
  • Independent advice to clients.

You will lead contract negotiations in multidisciplinary (project) teams with confidence and commitment.

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your second state examination in law.
  • You have several years of professional experience in a company or commercial law firm, ideally with responsibility in the project area.
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • You have a strong understanding of economic interrelationships and are interested in technical and interdisciplinary issues.
  • Your very strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile.
