Fully qualified lawyer specializing in contract and energy law (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As a fully qualified lawyer, you will support the specialist departments with your expertise and help shape the energy transition pursued by Gasunie in a responsible and goal-oriented manner. In our collaborative teams, you can contribute your skills effectively, develop your specialist knowledge and help us shape the future of sustainable energy supply.
- You are the main contact person for the main topics of contract and energy law.
- You will advise the specialist departments in the key contractual and regulatory areas. Your work will be embedded in national and European energy law. There may also be a need for advice in the areas of corporate law and operational law.
- You will answer questions from colleagues from all areas of our company in a goal-oriented and risk-conscious manner, actively help shape processes with your legal expertise, review and draft contracts and prepare legal opinions.
- You will represent the company in associations and be responsible for managing external legal advisors.
Your qualifications
- versatile, analytical and solution-oriented
- You should have a keen interest in complex energy industry and interdisciplinary issues. Your generalist and analytical approach will benefit the dynamic and diverse environment in which you will be working.
- You have successfully completed your studies with the second state examination in law and ideally already have relevant professional experience.
- You have previous knowledge and experience in advising on contract law, ideally with a focus on energy.
- strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- You have a confident manner and communicate in a clear and targeted manner.
- You should have a hands-on mentality and prefer to work independently and on your own initiative.
- You have a good command of English, which you can use in contact with colleagues at the Dutch parent company.
