Your role
– structured and strategic –
- You will focus on advising the purchasing department on its various procurements and the associated legal issues. The focus of your work is embedded in national and European energy industry law, which will also provide you with tasks.
- You will help shape complex economic and technical issues from all areas of our company in a results-oriented and risk-conscious manner, review and draft contracts and prepare legal opinions.
- You will represent the company in associations and be responsible for managing external legal advisors. You will be involved when energy industry law changes to meet the challenges of the future.
Your strengths and skills
WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU
– solution-oriented and versatile –
- You should have a keen interest in complex energy industry issues.
- You have successfully completed your studies with the second state examination in law and ideally have 1-2 years of professional experience.
- You have sound knowledge of contract and public procurement law, ideally proven by advising the purchasing department of a sector client or a public client.
– goal-oriented and conscientious –
- You have a confident manner and clear communication skills to convey your expertise in a plausible and understandable way.
- You should have a hands-on mentality and prefer to work independently.
- You have a good command of English, which you can use in contact with colleagues at the Dutch parent company.
