Grid feed-in clerk (d/m/w)
Your tasks
- Customer advice on registration processes, remuneration issues, grid connection conditions and information on metering concepts
- Recording new generation plants in the ERP system as well as master data maintenance and billing
- Processing of clarification cases, e.g. implausible meter readings, change of operator, etc.
- Coordination processes with the technical department for new plants
- Grid operator checks and, if necessary, correction of plant data in the market master data register
- Checking monthly payments to system operators
- Assisting with the billing of feed-in systems to transmission system operators (TSOs)
- Supporting the connection check with regard to grid capacity
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed technical or commercial training with a keen interest in renewable energy systems
- Experience in dealing with customer billing systems
- Sound IT knowledge of relevant IT systems and Office applications
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness and negotiating skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Class B driving license
