Group Leader Mechanical and Process Engineering Power Plant (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Leading and developing a dedicated team
- Ensuring the availability and efficiency of our mechanical power plant systems by servicing, maintaining and eliminating faults
- Taking responsibility for maintenance and inspection measures with your own staff and/or external support
- Planning and implementing optimization measures
- Responsible for spare and wear parts management
- Developing strategic measures to decarbonize the power plant site
- Responsible for budget planning and monitoring
- Preparing and supporting tenders and technical negotiations with suppliers and service providers in collaboration with Purchasing
- Ensuring technical documentation and monitoring
- Participation in the on-call service
Your qualifications
- Degree (Dipl.-Ing./Master) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy technology or power plant engineering
- Many years of extensive professional experience in the power plant sector, ideally in maintenance
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. BetrSichV)
- Ideally experience with common maintenance management systems as well as experience in project planning and handling technical new construction or modernization measures
- Proven management experience with high social competence and team orientation
- Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a high level of initiative
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Class B driving license
