Your tasks
- You are a professional when it comes to metering point operation and we can fully rely on you both professionally and in a managerial position: Together with Network Service, you will tackle strategic planning, analyse processes, further develop our organization and identify potential for optimization. Of course, you will implement specific improvements directly.
- Your rollout of smart metering systems not only makes us fit for the energy transition and regulatory tasks, but also creates real added value for our customers through digital and innovative business models.
- You know exactly how to motivate your team to perform at their best in all of this, as well as who is best deployed and needed when and where.
- This also includes being involved in the recruitment of new employees, assessing the performance of team members, conducting discussions and defining, coordinating and realizing goals.
- And thanks to your efficient and effective collaboration with organizations, market partners, the Weights and Measures Office and inspection bodies, you will easily achieve all the goals you set yourself.
Your qualifications
- Experience in the cooperative management of employees or teams and in the management of projects
- Professional experience in the energy industry and knowledge of the requirements of metering point operation, ideally also in technical auditing
- Completed studies in a technical field, business administration or energy management or a comparable field or comparable knowledge and experience
- Interest in innovation and digitalization for the energy transition
- Service-oriented, empathetic in dealing with customers and colleagues and a positive image of people
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working and a conceptual, analytical mindset
- Confident in using MS Office and ideally SAP IS-U and IT systems for remote meter reading
