• You manage energy balancing and cost allocation to internal and external customers and are responsible for the preparation and reporting of energy data for authorities and customers
• You will be responsible for energy management tasks, including CO₂ emissions trading / energy tax, and will be in charge of the energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001
• Your tasks include the continuous planning, optimization and control of energy costs / energy efficiency, in compliance with legal requirements
• Main contact person at the site for data collection and preparation as part of internal and external audits in the energy segment
• You will be responsible for capacity planning, forecasting and pricing of energy at the site and define / manage energy supply contracts

• You have successfully completed a degree in energy, business administration or technology or have completed further training as a business economist or technician with practical experience in the energy industry
• You have several years of experience in energy supply or in the chemical industry
• You have a good knowledge of the legal foundations of the energy industry and have an excellent understanding of physics and technology
• You are confident with MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage) and have a good command of German and English
• You are a responsible team player with strong communication and assertiveness skills and a hands-on mentality
