Your tasks
- As Head of Quality Management (m/f/d), you will play a central role in ensuring and further developing our quality standards in sales. You will actively shape the future of a modern, data-driven energy company and use innovative approaches to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction and loyalty – both in the private and commercial customer sectors. - Ensuring and continuously improving quality standards in energy sales.
- Monitoring legal requirements by applying the continuous improvement process (CIP).
- Conducting audits and training to promote quality awareness and customer focus.
- Analysis of customer feedback and complaints to derive optimization potential.
- Further development of data-driven sales processes and CRM systems including AI-supported applications.
Your qualifications
- Degree in economics, energy management, quality management or comparable.
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the energy environment.
- Knowledge of CIP, CRM systems, data analysis and ideally AI technologies.
- Experience with regulatory requirements in the energy market an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, strong communication and leadership skills.
