Your tasks
Strategic further development of the district heating network and projects to expand and renew it Project portfolio management to ensure the economic and timely implementation of heating network projects Defining the expansion planning and maintenance strategy in accordance with the district heating strategy targets Management of the department, including technical and disciplinary management of direct and indirect employees Coordination of district heating network activities with grid connection sales, heating network operation and district heating control to ensure adequate customer communication and connection sales Close coordination with generation asset management and representation in specialist bodies and committees
Your qualifications
Successfully completed university degree (engineering or comparable) and extensive professional experience in a corresponding role Proven experience in project management or the management of complex project portfolios Experienced expert in grid-bound energy infrastructure as well as in communicating with the relevant authorities and managing technical service providers Strong leadership skills, clear goal orientation and the ability to promote employees and "take them along" in times of change Independent, solution- and results-oriented way of working, very good target group-oriented communication
