Stadtwerke Germersheim GmbH is a customer-oriented service company with the divisions electricity, gas, water and heat supply as well as port operations and wastewater disposal.
With 77 employees, we supply 28,000 inhabitants of the district town of Germersheim and the municipality of Lingenfeld with an annual turnover of approx. 43 million euros.
Your tasks
- Operational management and further development of the consumption billing and commercial equipment teams
- Ensuring the proper implementation and monitoring of billing for all grid and sales divisions
- Processing master and transaction data from private and commercial customers
- Management of service providers
- Technical and organizational involvement in the implementation and adaptation of processes as part of optimizations or legal requirements, such as EnWG 2024
Your qualifications
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with further training, e.g. as an energy specialist or similar, or a degree with an economic focus, have sound professional experience and are familiar with the business processes in the energy industry.
- Secure application knowledge of MS Office and ideally Schleupen
- For you, leadership means supporting your team in consistently pursuing and achieving agreed goals. With your strong communication skills, transparency and positive manner, you will ensure an appreciative, motivating and trusting working relationship
