- You will assume overall responsibility for commercial regulatory management, corporate planning and financial reporting
- You will further develop a high-performance controlling team, promote employee development and cross-thematic knowledge management and support your employees in upcoming change processes
- You will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and representation of cost data to the Federal Network Agency as part of revenue approval procedures
- You will further develop financial reporting with regard to processes and structures for managing the company
- You will continuously develop existing methods for strategic financial and corporate planning and optimize control instruments and data quality for greater efficiency (e.g. through digitalization)

In your role as Head of Department , you and your team will be responsible for developing and implementing controlling strategies to manage Thyssengas in financial and business matters. As a manager, you will also be responsible for the leadership and development of currently seven employees at the Dortmund site in line with our management guidelines and will actively shape the transformation to a hydrogen economy with this team and across departments.
