Head of Customer Service Network (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time, permanent position in the Technology division at the earliest possible date

Your tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary management and targeted further development of a team of approx. 10 employees
  • Overall responsibility for the management and quality assurance of order processing (CSP) as well as the grid connection, quotation and invoicing processes
  • Ensuring high data quality by monitoring and maintaining system and customer master data
  • Solution-oriented customer advice and competent clarification of complex and contentious issues
  • Planning, control and continuous optimization of operational processes to achieve departmental goals
  • Responsibility for compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. MsbG, WiM) in the areas of billing, balancing and market communication
  • Management and coordination of market communication and close cooperation with external service providers
  • Efficient processing of complaints and complex inquiries from market partners, customers and service providers
  • Analyzing legal changes and deriving and implementing suitable quality assurance measures
  • Monitoring and evaluating processes in the area of grid connection and maintenance
  • Participation in the further development and implementation of processes in the ERP system (Wilken Energy)
  • Active participation in projects and taking on special tasks

Your qualifications

  • University degree M.Sc. in the commercial field with experience in a technical environment, such as energy management or industrial engineering
  • Management experience
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the energy sector
  • Knowledge of administration and processing in the area of grid and metering point operation, customer billing, contractual agreements with end customers
  • Strong willingness to learn new topics
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, empathy and assertiveness
  • IT affinity, very good knowledge of common software programs
