• You are responsible for managing and controlling the organizational unit Network Construction for the areas of energy and water supply
• You lead your team (technical/disciplinary), have budget responsibility
• And manage your area entrepreneurially and economically
• You are responsible for the professional project planning and implementation of construction measures to maintain and expand the network infrastructure, including approval and contract award planning, construction supervision and documentation
• Your tasks also include the optimization of processes, quality management and the further development of technical standards
• You will also manage and coordinate external service providers and ensure continuous communication with internal/external stakeholders
• You will also take responsibility for strategic projects,
• That promote innovation and efficiency in network construction

• Several years of professional and management experience in project management for transmission and distribution networks (electricity, natural gas, drinking water)
• Degree in civil engineering, energy and supply engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in process management and the use of digital tools
• Sound knowledge in the implementation of infrastructure projects and
• In the relevant regulations (DVGW, VDE, DIN, EnWG)
• Leadership skills through strong communication skills and empathy
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of personal responsibility and innovative spirit
• Interest in shaping the energy network of the future
