Your tasks
- Disciplinary and technical management
- Developing the team by promoting personal responsibility, cooperation and solution-oriented communication
- Independently clarifying complex issues with employees, service providers and specialist departments
- Ensuring optimal advice for customers and market partners regarding house connections
- Ensuring the proper processing of applications for the commissioning or decommissioning of customer systems and the proper processing of customer inquiries regarding feed-in requests for EEG systems
- Ensuring the processing, support and monitoring of new metering point framework agreements
- Ensuring a proper complaints management and construction site information system
- Monitoring and evaluating complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring proper processing of applications to block meters and handling all process steps for blocking until recommissioning
- Ensuring smooth work preparation within the scope of individual orders and cyclically recurring orders
- Contributing to process improvement through centralized process management
- Assisting with the introduction of new software components
- Coordination and consultation with other departments
- Further development of digital workflow processes with IT support in the area of responsibility
- Development of customer portals for the various services as a network operator, digitalization of customer processes and their connection to the backend systems
- Co-development of concepts regarding the use of AI
- First point of contact for investors in the implementation of projects
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree (Master) in one of the following fields:
- Engineering sciences
- Technical and business studies
- Business studies
- Several years of professional experience in the energy industry and in managing employees are desirable
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate across departments
- Willingness to undergo continuous further training and take on new challenges
- Confident handling of IT systems
- Class B driving license
