Your tasks
- You don’t just want to manage projects, but actively build up a business unit, develop it further and lead it to success?
- You are responsible for planning, preparing offers and implementing our projects
- Leading and developing your team
- Coordination between sales, technology and customers
- Ensuring our high quality standards
- Optimizing processes and workflows
- You are the central point of contact for customers – even beyond project execution
Your qualifications
- Master craftsman, technician or degree in electrical engineering / energy technology
- Experience in the field of photovoltaics, heat pumps or energy systems
- Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner
- Hands-on mentality and the ambition to realize sustainable, functioning systems
- Management experience or clear ambition to take on this role
- Ability to develop and motivate a team and create clear structures
