You will ensure the strategic development, optimization and growth of new plants in contracting for RE / heating / cooling etc. and will be responsible for EBT. This includes ensuring the commercial management and optimization of the asset / plant portfolio, including the procurement and pricing of energy. You will work closely with the responsible committees, build networks with a wide variety of target groups and thus achieve a trusting and sustainably successful cooperation. You report to the divisional management on EBT, plant figures, procurement and control, analyze and interpret relevant key figures, derive fields of action from them and implement specific measures. You ensure the decarbonization of existing plants and CO₂-free plant parks by 2040. You act as a driver for the optimization of processes with a view to efficiency and digitalization and lead and develop your employees according to the changing requirements on the market and in the company.
Completed technical university degree (e.g. in the field of energy management, industrial engineering) Several years of functionally relevant professional experience in contracting including legal basics for contract drafting User knowledge of MS Office, SAP paired with an understanding of digitalization topics You have specialist knowledge of energy industry topics and regulations (HOAI, GEG, VOB/L) Skills in the coordination / organization of processes and the systematic prioritization and structuring of workflows Holistic view and entrepreneurial thinking Independent and methodical working style as well as initiative, empathy and modern understanding of leadership, enjoy interacting with people Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
