• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management and control of your team and independently manage projects within your area of responsibility.
• You will optimize workplace concepts, taking into account the current and future needs of the company and ensure that the premises are properly furnished, taking into account legal requirements and operating regulations.
• You will be responsible for the central allocation of office/archive and storage space as well as meeting rooms and manage parking.
• You will carry out process analyses and optimizations to achieve the company’s goals.
• You will also play an active role in the department’s annual budget planning.

• Completed university degree with a focus on architecture, interior design, industrial engineering, facility management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of functionally relevant professional experience in disciplinary and technical personnel management and employee development
• Confident handling of SAP, the MS Office package and functionally relevant software (CAD, CAFM)
• High sense of responsibility and good coordination/organization skills
• Strong service orientation and the ability to motivate the team
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
