Head of Electrical Engineering / Pumping Stations and Buildings (f/m/d)

Your tasks
- Head of the electrical engineering team for pumping stations and buildings
- Further development of the technical portfolio, the team and strengthening efficient processes
- Responsibility for the organization of operational management, maintenance and further development of all electrical power engineering systems, process measurement technology, automation and process control technology
- Further responsibility for the technical building services and building management systems of the pumping stations and the administrative buildings operated by TS-G
- Responsibility for the efficient, professional and timely completion of the tasks at hand, including personnel management and development
- Responsible electrical specialist (VEFK) for the TS-E/P division
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, specializing in energy technology or automation technology with sound knowledge of job-related tasks (maintenance of electrical installations and systems, planning of electrical installations and systems, application of scientific and technical methods of electrical engineering and project management)
- Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology or automation technology with sound knowledge of job-related tasks (maintenance of electrical installations and systems, planning of electrical installations and systems, application of scientific and technical methods of electrical engineering and project management)
- Excellent knowledge of electrical energy technology with a focus on energy distribution with MV and LV, generation systems, drive technology including frequency converters
- Very good knowledge of and experience with process measurement technology for wastewater pumping systems
- Good knowledge/experience of process automation with PLCs
- Strong leadership skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills and very high resilience
- High level of assertiveness, ability to deal with conflict and good teamwork skills

- Remuneration
- We offer you a salary in pay group 12 according to the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). Depending on your personal requirements, you may also be placed in a lower pay group.
