Head of Energy Management and Processes (m/f/d)
Your tasks
As Head of Energy Industry Management and Processes, you and your team of currently 14 people will be responsible for holistic energy industry management and commercial issues within the Energy Industry division. You will act as an interface between energy procurement, business customer sales, private and commercial customer sales and the commercial area with regard to pricing, management and reporting.

- Carry out energy pricing, tariffing and development of energy pricing models for private and commercial customers
- Develop and take responsibility for business area strategies and managing results in the energy sector
- Define sales and procurement planning as part of corporate planning
- Derive risk strategy, in particular limits and targets for energy trading and monitor compliance
- Advancing company-wide projects with a focus on commodity procurement and sales
- Collaborate on the development of new products for the energy industry business area
Your profile
You are a leader with a successfully completed degree in economics, technology, law or natural sciences, e.g. business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in the energy industry or a corresponding commercial function.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp and structure complex interrelationships
- Experience in the development and implementation of strategies
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams or projects
- Strong communication skills, coupled with enthusiasm and team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in a dynamic environment
