Your responsibilities
Main responsibilities. In this central function with a reporting line to the technical manager, you will assume overall responsibility for projects in the area of energy supply and optimization at the various sites. You will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of supply concepts and ensure that they are climate-neutral, sustainable and cost-efficient. In addition to creating new system concepts and processes, you will also manage budget planning and project reporting to the relevant interfaces. You will set up a separate department for this area and take over its management.
Your qualifications
Qualifications. Based on your (business) engineering studies, e.g. with a focus on energy technology, electrical engineering or supply engineering, you have gained relevant professional experience in the execution of large-scale projects. In addition, you are confident in coordinating different trades and are familiar with industrial supply concepts (Power-to-X) as well as the current legal requirements (GEG, EnWG or HTVG). Personally, you will impress with your strong strategic and analytical-conceptual skills as well as a strong business orientation. You also have assertiveness, communication skills and a tangible hands-on mentality. A sense of responsibility and the motivation to develop into more advanced roles round off your profile. A willingness to travel on business and fluency in English are required.
