Your tasks
Do you have a passion for the energy transition and do you (also) think about technology from the customer's perspective? Do you want to drive forward the energy supply of the future? Then you've come to the right place. Together with your team, you will develop the existing heating and energy services business innovatively and efficiently and expand the area in line with the heating and energy transition; to this end, you will develop and implement product and market development strategies You are responsible for managing all activities in your area. These range from the acquisition of major customers, planning and development to project planning, implementation and operation of local large-scale plants, district and EDL solutions. Furthermore, you will actively shape the operationalization of the municipal heating transition with the involvement of relevant stakeholders You will be responsible for the sales and budget of your department and for strategic and economic planning in close cooperation with other department heads and the management board You actively align your team with the common goals and develop the team structures and the individual team members accordingly in a motivating manner and actively take responsibility for future-oriented and group-wide projects and provide valuable impetus You report directly to the management
Your qualifications
Completed degree in engineering, supply technology, energy management or industrial engineering as well as several years of professional and management experience in the fields of heating/heating networks, energy generation plants, energy supply Strong technical expertise combined with sales and commercial understanding and enthusiasm for innovation and alternative energy concepts Ideally knowledge of setting up and structuring departments and proven expertise in managing, motivating and developing employees Sound judgment and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment, the ability to think and act in a networked, analytical and structured manner, strong communication skills and commitment
