Your tasks
- Do you want to manage sales holistically, lead people and be responsible for results?
- Then take over the management of “Market Development Energy Customers” with us and actively shape growth, customer loyalty and sales success in our home market of Dortmund.
- In this role, you will manage the department from a technical and disciplinary perspective and be responsible for all sales-related market development for private and small business customers with a special focus on the domestic market. Together with your team, you will develop modern acquisition and customer retention strategies and create a performance culture based on data, customer benefit and collaboration.
- Management and further development of a high-performance sales team
- Overall responsibility for market development, growth and customer retention
- Management of modern multi-channel sales strategies (online & offline) along the entire customer journey
- Responsibility for sales, budget, KPIs and sales success
- Further development of digital sales processes & customer journeys, together with Operations, Marketing and IT
- Close cooperation with agencies, platforms and sales partners – at eye level
Your qualifications
- You have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences with a business, sales or comparable focus
- You have several years of management experience in a senior sales or market development role with responsibility for teams, results and key figures
- You have sound experience in B2C energy sales or in comparable regulated markets
- You have a strong understanding of KPIs, figures and performance and are confident in managing sales and budgets
- You are experienced in dealing with digital sales, campaign and marketing processes, ideally in multi-channel setups
- You have a confident manner, make clear decisions and enjoy leading people, developing performance and actively shaping change
- You think strategically, have strong conceptual skills and consistently put the customer at the center of your work
