Your tasks
Heating networks You will supervise the construction of individual construction measures (IBM) in the heating network. You will be responsible for on-site monitoring, technical instruction and checking the construction site documentation in accordance with the specifications and technical regulations. You will monitor and control the contractors with regard to budget, deadlines and quality and keep the project manager up to date. You will be responsible for carrying out site acceptance and measurement inspections. You will be involved in the technical and economic evaluation of construction contracts. You will be responsible for the acceptance and commissioning of the construction project and supply facility in accordance with requirements.
Your qualifications
Completed master craftsman training or comparable training Professional experience in a comparable job in which initial measures have already been managed independently Knowledge of BG regulations, RSA, ASR and AGFW regulations, supplemented by good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP, MS Project and ideally AVA systems (Felixx, Orca) An analytical, structured way of working, coupled with good communication skills Business fluent in written and spoken German Willingness to take on on-call duties and a class B driving license
