Head of Metering Operations (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Metering Operations department – with the Energy Data Management, Change Process Management and Assembly Management teams.
• You will directly manage three teams and have overall responsibility for around 40 employees.
• You are responsible for the operational implementation of our metering point operations and ensure thateverything runs smoothly and in compliance with the law.
• You develop strategic goals together with the division management and implementthem in practical concepts with your team.
• You will actively drive forward the further development, standardization and digitalization of department processes .
• You willwork closely with other department heads and contribute to key topics across departments.

• You have several years of experience in a middle management position , ideally in the energy industry or in a similarly complex, regulated area.
• You have a good understanding of processes and legal requirements and ideally already have experience in metering point operation or in the environment of energy industry market processes .
• You stand for a modern understanding of leadership: you provide orientation, create commitment and lead with clarity – but always respectfully and at eye level.
• You know how to promote different personalities, accompany change and at the same time keep the focus on the goals.
• You have strategic vision, can shape change and have sound experience in the digitalization of processes.
• You take a structured and solution-oriented approach, set clear priorities and act with foresight.
• You are willing to be regularly present at the Ruderting site near Passau – because your proximity to the team is important to us.
