• As a specialist team leader for grid and systems (HS/MS) (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the high and medium-voltage systems and grids of a grid area in terms of discipline and expertise.
• You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operation of the power supply infrastructure and operating equipment within the responsible grid area to ensure security of supply
• You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs and fault clearance measures on our own supply systems and grids, operating facilities and in the service business
• You will manage the specialist team in disciplinary and technical terms, plan personnel assignments and carry out qualification measures and forward-looking personnel development measures as well as employee appraisals
• You have budget responsibility for the specialist team, carry out process and resource optimization and determine the strategic direction and development of the specialist team
• You are responsible for operational and plant documentation in the context of approvals, legal requirements and maintenance measures carried out

• Completed studies with a Bachelor’s degree or completed training as a master craftsman or technician in the field of electrical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering and experience in personnel management
• High sense of quality and responsibility as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of networks and systems (HS/MS/NS) and basic knowledge of MS Office, GIS and SAP
• Participation in the on-call service
• Class B driving license
