As a subsidiary of WEMAG, WEMAG Netz GmbH from Schwerin operates a supply network for electrical energy in western Mecklenburg and parts of Brandenburg and Lower Saxony. The grid area covers around 8,000 square kilometers. Around 15,000 kilometers of lines are used here to distribute electricity safely and in accordance with quality standards.
Your tasks
Professional and disciplinary guidance of subordinate employees Organizing, coordinating and monitoring operational grid operation tasks in connection with system responsibility and traffic safety obligations in the medium and low-voltage grid (MV/LV grid) Fulfilling the assigned entrepreneurial duties with regard to occupational health and safety and accident prevention for the area of responsibility Organization of regular inspections, maintenance and repairs as well as fault rectification on all contractually agreed grid systems Commissioning, monitoring and invoicing of contractors for repairs Clarification of customer concerns and complaints Assisting with tasks relating to MV/LV grid expansion Instructing "live work" as well as planning and carrying out switching operations Acceptance and commissioning of systems and system components Organization and participation in on-call duty Budget responsibility Electrotechnical manager and specialist in accordance with VDN guideline S 1000
Your qualifications
Completed training as a technician or master craftsman in the field of electrical engineering/energy technology Several years of management experience, many years of experience in MS/NS network operation, comprehensive knowledge of legal and trade association regulations, Assertiveness, excellent communication skills Level 2 switching authorization On-call duty Driving license (minimum car)
