Your tasks
Managing technical operations management while ensuring safe, trouble-free and economical system operation Disciplinary and technical management and strategic development of the department Engineering, troubleshooting and monitoring in our decentralized systems Development of individual solutions and process optimization for quality assurance Budget responsibility Planning, commissioning and coordinating maintenance, construction and servicing measures Coordination of internal interfaces with other departments and external contacts such as partner companies, authorities and customers Organization and safeguarding of fault management Ensuring documentation complies with regulations Introduction, coordination and monitoring of occupational safety measures Implementation, compliance and documentation of ISO 50001 energy efficiency measures
Your qualifications
Completed studies in the field of supply engineering, renewable energy technology, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study in engineering (Bachelor/Dipl.-Ing./Master) Sound specialist knowledge in the operation and design of heat generation and distribution systems Expertise in dealing with electrical and control technology as well as a focus on setting up innovative heat generation systems and heat pumps Experience in complex technical issues in generation systems and peripherals, as well as in troubleshooting, TGA, P&I hydraulics, optimization and integration of control, automation and regulation technology Ability to motivate, develop and lead a team Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills High level of initiative, results orientation and sense of responsibility Currently valid car driver's license
