You will be responsible for the management and control of the specialist area, including the technical and disciplinary management of your employees and their recruitment You are responsible for the technical definition and support of tenders for the project planning, implementation and commissioning of product solutions In this position, you will be responsible for the further development of all standardized internal and external processes (distribution grid operators, service providers and offices / authorities) Your tasks include Project development and implementation In the business areas of charging infrastructure, PV, Smart City and eCar Sharing You are responsible for the analysis and optimization of the budget as well as for the delivery and return of the eCar-Sharing vehicles You will be responsible for ensuring quality-tested and documented commissioning of product solutions as well as for the conversion, dismantling or refurbishment of assets
Completed degree in energy economics or a comparable field of study Experience in disciplinary and technical personnel management and employee development First functionally relevant professional experience in project development and/or project management as well as the management of service providers Specialist knowledge of the energy industry (especially in the implementation of infrastructure projects in electromobility / photovoltaics) User knowledge of MS Office, SAP and ideally backend systems for charging infrastructure / photovoltaics as well as an understanding of digitalization topics Skills in the coordination / organization of processes and for the systematic prioritization and structuring of workflows
