Head of Pricing
Your tasks
- As Head of Pricing, you will be responsible for the personnel and economic management of the department in accordance with the enercity management guidelines.
- You will be actively involved in shaping the transformation process of the Energy Management and Trading division into a digital energy service provider and will be responsible for the continuous digitalization of processes in your area of expertise, as well as for the interfaces to other areas, including control with suitable KPIs.
- You will be responsible for calculating the energy procurement costs and risks for sales customers as well as the marketing revenues and risks of electricity generation from renewable energies.
- In cooperation with Sales and other service areas, you will be responsible for the creation and introduction of new products.
- Developing the strategic direction of the specialist area and managing the marketing of flexibilities in cooperation with the specialist area team, sales and other service areas round off your job profile.
Your qualifications
- You have a university degree in engineering, economics or natural sciences.
- You already have management experience, particularly in relation to change and transformation processes. You also have management experience in the energy industry, particularly with knowledge of processes in electricity and gas procurement and the marketing of electricity generation from renewable energies.
- You have a confident, authentic and dynamic demeanor as well as a sense of responsibility, decisiveness, target group-oriented communication, persuasiveness, a high degree of flexibility and even in dynamic times you do not lose sight of the big picture and you like to get to the bottom of things. Your personality is characterized by strategic skills, a high degree of independence, an understanding of processes and a good command of English.
