Your tasks
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our product management for green electricity and biogas, always keeping an eye on the strategic goals as well as the vision and mission of EWS You will have professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for the product management team, which you will inspire, support, challenge and encourage as an experienced and motivating manager You ensure a constructive, motivating environment in which employees can develop and actively shape the path ahead Your tasks will include planning and supporting new product launches as well as the further development of existing tariffs and products You will be actively involved in the further development of the product strategy in the commodity area In close cooperation with relevant interfaces (sales, marketing, energy data/portfolio management, controlling, product development), you will ensure the product range and constantly work on optimizing business processes and sales campaigns Your actions are based on targets and key figures, ensuring your success and keeping an eye on the profitability of the products at all times
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed a technical, business or energy management degree or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in product management and a good understanding of energy industry contexts You have a good overview of the renewable energy sector with a focus on green electricity and biogas You are characterized by your strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as your flexible, structured and independent way of working You are a leader and know how to motivate your team You love working in interdisciplinary teams and networks and develop the best solutions in collaboration with others Your friendly and professional demeanor contributes to a positive and trusting working relationship You are able to think and act entrepreneurially and make decisions confidently and with calculable risk
