Your tasks
Technical and disciplinary management of the department Taking over personnel management and providing guidance and further development for subordinate employees Documentation and continuous, cross-media improvement of the project planning and construction process as well as its analysis and evaluation Tracking developments and trends and the resulting implementation in coordination with management Responsibility for deadline and cost control Commercial project management as well as monitoring the profitability and quality of the assigned projects
Your qualifications
Specific technical college / university / master's or diploma degree (preferably in the fields of civil engineering, utility or energy technology) Several years of relevant experience in a management position High social competence combined with very good communication skills Problem and conflict resolution skills Assertiveness Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Business management skills and entrepreneurial thinking Class B driver's license
